Every VIVA USA CABRONES piece is made to order — printed fresh the moment you hit checkout. No warehouse dust. No leftover stock. Just bold, American-made energy crafted specifically for you.

Production time: 2–7 business days depending on product type and print provider workload. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.

SHIPPING

Once your gear is printed and packed, it ships via USPS, UPS, or DHL (carrier depends on print provider location).

Shipping time: 3–7 business days after production.

Total delivery estimate: 5–14 business days from order to doorstep.

ORDER TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order leaves the print facility. Track it directly with the carrier or through your order page.

DELAYS & ISSUES

We move fast, but we can't control everything. Weather events, carrier delays, high-volume seasons (holidays, product launches), and supply chain hiccups can push timelines beyond the estimates above.

If your order is delayed beyond 20 business days from the purchase date, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Every VIVA USA CABRONES product is custom-printed and made to order specifically for you the moment you place your order. Because of this:

• 🔴 We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse
• 🔴 No exchanges for wrong size selections — please check your size before ordering
• 🔴 No returns for changed mind or incorrect color choices
• 🔴 No returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered

This policy is standard for all print-on-demand apparel. We don't carry warehouse stock — every piece is created fresh for you.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR MISPRINTED ITEMS

We take full responsibility for quality. If your product arrives printed incorrectly, damaged, defective, or with a production error, we will replace it free of charge.

What we cover at no cost to you:

• ✅ Printing errors or misprints
• ✅ Damaged products (in transit or production)
• ✅ Defective items (stitching, fabric, print quality)
• ✅ Lost packages (never delivered)
• ✅ Wrong product received

How to report an issue:

1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@vivausacabrones.com
2. Include your order number in the subject line
3. Attach clear photos of the defect, damage, or error
4. We'll review and respond within 24–48 business hours

Once your claim is approved, we'll send a free replacement at no cost to you. No need to return the defective item.

FULL REFUNDS

If a replacement cannot be produced or the issue cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 1 business day of approval.

Refunds cover the full product cost including shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post the funds.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible.

Because our products are made to order, production begins quickly — often within hours of your order being placed. Once production starts, the order cannot be stopped or modified.

To request a cancellation, email support@vivausacabrones.com immediately with your order number and "CANCELLATION REQUEST" in the subject line.

WHAT'S NOT COVERED

• ✗ Wrong size ordered (please use the size chart before checkout)
• ✗ Changed mind after delivery
• ✗ Color appears slightly different on screen vs. in person (screen calibration varies)
• ✗ Normal wear and tear after use
• ✗ Damage from improper washing or care
• ✗ Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
